WordCamp US takes place this year in San Diego, California, September 9th through the 11th. Tickets are sold out, however, all sessions will be streamed live, free of charge with no registration required.
Whether you’re attending in-person or virtually, here’s what you need to know!
In-Person Attendees
WordCamp US 2022 takes place at Town & Country Resort in San Diego, California September 9th through the 11th. Sessions, the expo floor, and Contributor Day will all take place within the resort’s own convention center on the west side of the property (view resort map). If you’re staying on property, a reduced room rate is available!
All attendees will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the event. On-site testing will also be available.
Masks worn over the mouth and nose are required for all indoor events and are encouraged for all other activities.
There are two programming tracks and a third track of hands-on workshops Friday and Saturday. Sunday is dedicated to Contributor Day where WordPress users of all backgrounds join together to make WordPress better – no previous experience is required!
WCUS Social, the official party of WordCamp US 2022, takes place Saturday evening from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The event will be held outside in Riverfront Park at Town and Country Resort, just a short walk from the venue. If you’re registered for WordCamp US, you’re already registered for the WCUS Social – just show up with your badge!

Virtual Attendees
Virtual attendees have full access to all speaker presentations live as they happen during WordCamp US. If you’re attending virtually, there’s no need to register in advance and access is free.

While you may not be able to participate in Contributor Day in person, some teams are meeting online. Beyond that, you can contribute to WordPress any day! Visit make.wordpress.org to get started!
